Love is Blind star Jackelina “Jackie” Bonds is blaming the show’s edit for making it look like she cheated on Marshall Glaze to get together with Josh Demas. The 27-year-old Jackie, a dental hygienist, said “yes” to marketing manager Marshall, 27, in the pods. When it came for her to choose between Marshall and project engineer Josh, 31, Jackie went with Marshall, who she would have swiped left on a dating app. While they got engaged, Marshall found out about Jackie’s family issues back home and stayed by her side. But instead of going for her wedding dress fitting, Jackie went on a date with Josh.
Love is Blind’s Jackie Bonds soon got caught in a leaked text message scandal that suggested she was simultaneously dating Josh and Marshall. However, Jackie shared an Instagram post about “speaking the truth,” where she claimed, “Marshall and I were broken up before I saw Josh at the coffee shop.”
Jackie wrote that she was wearing different clothes, with her hair styled differently and at the end of the video even said, “I DON’T KNOW IF I AM GOING TO BE WITH JOSH.” Jackie admitted she didn’t know “what the reason is” for Love is Blind season 4 to play the coffee shop date before the breakup.

Jackie and Josh had sealed their date with a kiss after she admitted she “chose wrong.” Upon her return, Jackie and Marshall broke up. According to Jackie, there was no reason for her to return the ring to Marshall because he had never bought it. But fans aren’t ready to believe or forgive Love is Blind season 4 villain Jackie just yet. “Wait but in your talk with Marshall didn’t you say you’ve seen Josh?” is the top comment on Jackie’s post. “Nah. Marshall really deserves BETTER!!!” wrote someone else. “Marshall is a gentleman and you are NOT READY for that,” commented a different fan with each comment raking in thousands of likes.
Love is Blind fans are livid at Jackie for signing up for the show to play with people’s feelings even when she wasn’t ready. Jackie’s claims can be questioned because Josh asked Jackie if Marshall was okay with her meeting him, and that could not have been edited in. What was expected out of Jackie was an apology, but all that she did was start a blame game by pointing fingers at the edit. The explanations are not helping Jackie, but they will come in handy in the Love is Blind season 4 reunion.
After all, it was not about when she decided to go on a date with Josh, it was the fact that Jackie didn’t like him at all. Love is Blind season 4 spoilers suggest Jackie and Josh are still together, as they were spotted at the Seattle Mariners game in March 2023. Jackie is yet to react to the leaked messages in which she allegedly belittled Marshall for being his sensitive self. It’s unclear if Jackie and Josh’s new relationship will get a follow-up on Love is Blind. But the Jackie-Marshall-Josh love triangle will make the live reunion worth a watch.
